This is basically a repost of something I posted in the British Blades forum. I would love to see more reviews of SRM knives which point out any possible issues one might have. The first knife mentioned below, the SRM 7112 is a fantastic knife with a little flaw. The SRM 7010 we all know is a tried and true crowd pleaser.
Also, it would be neat to start a thread where we could trade around knives which are not favorites or we do not use. Waddya think.

On the recommendation of Danzo, I got one of these a few weeks ago. Anodised aluminium handle, variety of colours, blade like a scalpel. 6 and a half quid. My kiwi fruit peeler, it's an amazing cutter. No lock, very nicely designed 3/4 stop on the blade.
I really like many of Sanrenmu's offerings. They are often quite the value. That said, I find some of them to be just OK and to have flaws. I'm a slipjoint kind of guy and when I received this knife I thought it was about perfect. I even liked the unobtrusive pocket clip.
After some use I found it had a flaw common in many of SRM's offerings. It is made for smaller hands. My hand wants to move up the smaller handle and the pointy "guard" part of the handle is a hot spot.
I still think this is a nice knife. I think many of SRM's offerings are an awesome value but this one has been downgraded to "good". I would like to see discussion on this kind of thing to guide my future purchases since I've found similar issues on other SRM knives and I'm probably going to be checking out more of their less modern, OHO type stuff.
I like the "A" line and have all of 4 sizes.

And I have one very similar to the 4109 (top knife in pic below). It also has a hot spot in the same "guard area" location, but on a knife this small it seems to work. Thumbs up. I'm wanting to try the 7065 (bottom knife in pic below) next. It looks nice.
